At the moment it is raining torrentially here in Vancouver. So, when I came across these amazing "dress guards" by Simeli it was nice to feel summer in my heart, if not in my bones. I think they will remain a lovely cycling fantasy (roaming the Dutch countryside) for me as I couldn't bear to see them caked in West Coast mud. Sooooo pretty....
